Written Analysis of the Case (WAC)

·       

Choose one particular agency, e.g. Local government unit (LGU), or a business corporation;

·         Conduct an actual interview with the head of o gather information about common behavioral/values/character problems. What are the problems encountered? (cite at least 2 problems);

·         Prepare a case report shall not be less than 5-pages in length, typewritten in a short-size bond paper, font and size (Arial 12), margins (1.5 left margin, 1 inch top, right and bottom), double space and it is neatly presented.

·         Suggested format:

1.    Page 1 or the Title Page

2.    Page 2 & 3 shall include the following:

Part 1 – Point of View

Part 2 – Introduction or Background of the Problem

Part 3 – Statement of the Problem(s)

               To be stated in a declarative sentence.

Part 4 – Present your Alternative Course of Actions (Give at least
(5) five Alternatives to choose from).

3.    Page 4 & 5 shall include the following:

Part 5 – What are your Preferred Solutions? Explain the reason why you choose these solutions.

                                    Part 6 – Give your Conclusion and Recommendations

                                    Part 7 – Insights (Learning)
